Connecting through dreams
Most of our dreams are emptying our rubbish. Our hopes, fears and recent memories all get thrown out and leave our minds clearer the next day, often facing or solving potential problems so we are more ready when they happen in real life.
Once these are eliminated a small fraction is left. Those where you visit places which seem real, far better and beyond anywhere you are capable of creating in your imagination, and sometimes rational, in real sequence with sensible conversations. Secondly within or outside these dreams you are given information you didn't know. Paul McCartney was played Yesterday in a dream, which turned out to be one of the best selling records in history. Some entire operas were from a composer's dreams. I have a list of places and names given to me over my lifetime which are both so obscure at least two only had a single internet entry, a rare game played in the early days online, and in small groups so three places are given in somewhere like France, Egypt or Sweden which no one could ever have come across without knowing of them directly.
So where did they come from? I believe as we are asleep the door to clairvoyance is more open, so anyone on the other side (ie not dead but from another dimension) is able to insert useful details into our minds, and meditation can also open is more to the higher levels which we can visit. Again, compare this with your waking life. Normally 99% is mundane and the rare times something impossible appears to happen it is easy to dismiss it, but it really happened. Even one apport, where an object arrives from nowhere, means it is possible. Follow that path and the events will increase, shut it down and they will be buried, dismissed and forgotten. But they still happened and understand their significance or not they were proof we can open a door in physical reality and allow the apparently impossible in. I am not aware of any ways to encourage special dreaming but often simply an intention will start things off.
